i'm back from India folks.
surprising to me and everybody i guess,it actually isn't that bad after all.
the doubts everybody had before leaving were all erased clean after a few days in Golandaz Complex.
the trip was really a blast and a much needed change and break from life in Amoy Quee.HAHA.
so we touched down and take that long bus trip accompanied with many traffic jams from the Mumbai airport to the camp with a few stops along the way.
a supposed to be 5 hour bus ride became a 10 hour bus ride.HAHA.
the bunks there are very cramp.
double decked beds and a supremely narrow corridor.
will steal pictures from facebook so can go there see.
the food there is like 4953845093845039485309485 times better than camp food here.
sometimes its even better than hawker food too.
the only bad thing, NO BEEF!
the cows there are almost everywhere and they are quite smart and obedient.
although they are like super fat and slow, as long as they are on the road and you horn they will move to the side.
talking about horns, i have never heard that amount of noise from horns anywhere else, NOT EVEN BATAM.
they even have signs behind each vehicle saying horn ok please.
back to the trip now, signallers all stayed together so that was a plus point and much fun we had in that bunk.
where else and when else can you get macdonalds or ice cream or ice cold coke when you go for outfield exercises?
only in INDIA.
i can't really recall what else i want or need to say.
other than India was a blast and its a bummer to come back to the reality of Singapore.
but at the same time, it feels great to be back.
and somehow anticipated and excited to book in tmr night to see the ahbengs again.

Tmr dnd, nights out tonight.
2 days off, means long holiday till book in Sunday.

not exactly a book out day today.
out at 6.
go for fort canning alumni thingy.
thennnnnnnnnnn back in at 11.
for guard duty tomorrow whole day.
out again on sunday morning!
back in on sudnay night!
damn sad la.
but its alright.

2008 was a blast with so many things happening.
i really had a truckload of fun with everybody around me.
now to mention special thanks to certain people.

bought myself a new ps3 as a christmas present to myself.:)
bought rock band 1 & 2 as well as a gift from my bro.:)
nando and hobday came over last night to play.
its really addictive.
i mean we completed guitar hero world tour in 7 hours 1 night.
time to move on to the next game.
hahahah.
i know it sounds like we're losers playing games our whole life.
but its really fun.
trust me.try it.:)
other than that.
its camp camp camp camp.
back to camp later tonight.
then out on wednesday afternoon.
in on thursday night.
out on friday night.
abit waste time don't you think?
lol.
what to do?
its the army.
just do whatever you're told.
camp life there is really much better than my tekong life.
i get so much free time.
the only downfall is that i have to study and remember tonnes of things.
6 more weeks here before i get posted out to new unit.
really anticipating which unit i get posted to.
:)
